Candidia and Acidophilus

I have endo with bladder symptoms. I read in the Endemetriosis Sourcebook that Candidia problems can mimic endometriosis on the bladder. After reading about Candida problems I found out another symptom is chronic vulvar itching which I have had for years despite taking all the precautions to prevent dermatitis. So under the instruction of the Endometriosis Sourcebook I began taking Super Strain Acidophilus. On the label it says FOS Fructo-oligo-saccharides, Billion Active Cells. I took 3 capsules a day as directed for about 3. I found that my bladder pain and vulvar itching increased in frequency and intensity though they are normally variable so it is hard to say for sure why this happened. Now that I have stopped taking these capsules, the itching has subsided to the normal level (perhaps coincidence) but the bladder pain remains worse. The increase in pain also roughly corresonded with my first period while using depo provera which has been going on for about 10 days. Is it possible that the depo provera or the Acidophilus could make my symptoms (particularly bladder) worse? I though if anything the depo provera would help the bladder pain? Thanks, Amanda
