9 months since TVH...Dr-I have a question please

Had TVH w/ A&P repair on Oct 1, 2001. I had a lot of granulation tissue about two weeks after the surgery. After the dr took care of it, everything was fine except for fatigue and normal aches and pains during recovery.[I am 38]. Now, I have this teardrop shaped thing hanging from the vaginal cuff. No bleeding, but at times during intercourse or exercise, this tear drop shaped thing gets very sore, almost like an ache. Could it be granulation without bleeding? I can't get in to see the dr with this until september. Any ideas would be appreciated. It is about the size of a lemon seed, and a just a bit on the firm side.Like a small water balloon filled with firm jello. Is this unusual to have this long after surgery? Does it sound like something that could be taken care of in office? Thanks so much! Joyce
