Last month I thought I pulled a muscle in my hip I was in so much pain. The day I was to start my period, I had an ultrasound that showed my ovary was quite enlarged. I had been in pain for 2 weeks, however the third day of my period the swelling went down, and I felt better. This, right at ovulation time, the same thing happened. My right ovary is enlarged ( they don't detect a cyst), and the pain goes into my hip, and part way down my leg. I had an ectopic pregnancy last year, and they suspected it to have been in my ovary. Does this mean I am only ovulating out of the right side, could this be after effects of the pregnancy, and should I be worried about this? I am scheduled for another ultrasound next month, until then, this is quite painful and scary for me.
