Thanks for the suggestion SarahB. I do weight bearing exercises daily and weight lifting is among those. I appreciate your input. Funny thing, you know...one day I'm just going along enjoying my life at 42 years of age and taking my Loestrin 1/20 daily as I have for years and the next moment I am declared postmenopause with osteopenia. So...I'm given hrt and one (that's right "one") week later the WHI hrt study results are announced. Funny world we live in and it must be very frustrating for the docs. I KNOW it is for me :o)
