Lisa, try not to worry. ANA (anti-nuclear antibody) test is very non-specific. and your result is even less worrisome. the rheumatolgist will help you figure out if your test result is significant or not. s/he will help you come up with a plan to help aleviate your joint pain and stiffness. some antibiotics and aspirin can cause false positive ANAs. having a positive ANA does NOT mean you have SLE. take care
