I have acne vulgaris, and just went on Ortho-cyclen to help clear this up. I've had the same problem with occasionally getting a "pimple" on my vaginal lips, usually attributed to bikini waxing, shaving, or some other activity that irritates pubic hair follicles. They're not really a problem for me because it happens once in a blue moon, and when I do get one, it's gone so quickly, but I still try to minimize anything that'll bother the areas where they've shown up in the past.
