I statred taking ortho too, I started out with having perfect skin I went on it for a cyst i had, after about a month of me taking it i broke out bad all over my face, It hasnt got any better either so im going off of it to something else, the doctor told me to stay on for 3-5 months even though i was breaking out, just to give my body time to get used to it, well it never did so i stopped and my face is once again getting clear.
