I just had a Pap done and got a call from the doctor. They just told me the test came back abnormal and that i need a coloscopy and biopsy. Does this mean they already know the condition is moderate to severe? I keep hearing that in minor cases they will only monitor and do repeated Paps. Should i be concerned?
