Yes you can have vaginal bleeding like a period when you are pregnant it usually isnt from the uterus from what I got told if it does come from the uterus then there might be something wrong with the pregnacy. Hopefully someone else can answer with a more in depth answer. But if you are on Bc pills and dont miss any and take then like prescribed then you shouldnt have anything to worry about. If you did miss some pill(s) to ease your mind just get a HPT. Good Luck.
