I would not presume to try and diagnose what is obviously a very difficult problem from this remove, but I can suggest that you seek the counsel of a Reproductive Endocrinologist, a specialist in the medicine of the female reproductive endocrine system. If there is a medical school near you, that might be a good place to try.
