In the spirit of fairness and levity, you've done some "blasting" yourself. I know because you've "blasted" me before. Just for having an opinion, just like you. I've always found the docs and other medical professionals - with the exception of one - to be objective and realistic about their advice. But, that's just me.

Actually, I understand what you're saying about the home pap test. I even think they'd provide a certain extent of hands-on health care for self that would reinforce medical opinion and treatment. People do what they feel is best for themselves. I prefer the MDs administering the exams and providing subsequent interpretation, but if the next woman wants to go with the home pap test - that's her choice, too. I guess it's really to each his (or her) own.
