Missed 2 days of the pill, started my period a bit early. It was heavier than normal. I was awakened in the middle of the night by small cramps, I don't usually have any, and I had discharged a large clot -- about the size of two eggs. It was like gelatin but firmer. Two weeks prior, I had very bad back aches and I've been more tired than normal. I have 3 children, two by c-section and am 28 years old. Is this a possible miscarraige?
