My husband and I were talking and he mentioned that he had heard that a woman should wait about 3 months after stopping the pill before having intercourse for fear of miscarrying. If this is true can you provide me with some facts, or is it just an old wives tale? P.S. My sister-in-law lost her first baby at around 11 weeks...she had been on the pill for about 6 years and had only been off for 2-3 months when she got pregnant.
