This does not exist. Not sure if this is a Nabothian cyst, which is normal, or a hemorrhagic corpus luteal cyst (HCL), which is self resolving. >

Never heard of free fluid in the ovary, but the fluid in the culdesac could be normal fluid or blood from the HCL. >

Well, if you are not symptomatic, you don't need anything. If you are symptomatic, and want these symptoms removed, then surgery is an option.
