yes, they can spontaneouls twist off and you can pass tehm

yes, with them and even more so after tehy are removed

can't quantify it but they can be a factor in both infertility and miscarriage

Is it only if the are severe? or can small ones pose a problem, or it the problem quanity?

even small ones can be a problem >
