Some Drs. say it is best to wait a cycle or two after completing OCP's to become pregnant, while others say it is okay to get pregnant immediately. You will find this in the archives.

Do talk with your MD to get his/her opinion about this. Your MD knows you better than anyone here and may be able to answer it better and gear it more towards you and your medical history.
