Arm painFor more information on symptoms and treatment of endometriosis visit www.EndometriosisZONE.org. From: Marta (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 26 Mar 2002 08:57:03 -0600 (CST)
I have had pain on the back of my arm for several days now. I say "on" because it isn't swollen, but is tender to touch - even lightly - as if the skin were inflammed (which it's not). I have experienced this before, but it coincided with breast pain, which I am not having now. Additionally, last time I had it I related it to my use of Nor QD which was causing me to have breast leakage and pain. Since stopping the Nor QD a year ago, I have not experienced this. I also have pain in my lower back, which I believe to be muscular, but its onset was the same as the arm pain. Any suggestions? I had a mammogram a little over a year ago in response to the leakage and the results were normal, but I'm only 31, large busted, and know that they often miss things. Could this be a continuation of the fibroids in my breasts? A gland issue? Should I run or walk to the doctor? Does this sound like a GYN issue or a GP issue? Thanks for any input.
