'The Wisdom of Menopause' by Dr. Northrup - have any docs here read it??

At the bookstore this caught my eye and I quickly thumbed through it.
Before I plunk my money down, I was wondering if any of you had read it
and whether it contains valid information. The author is a board
certified OBGYN, but there are some strange chapters where she talks
about how psychics and astrologers guide her life. Also she writes
about having financial and other personal problems- I wonder if the
motive of the book is profiting from the growing population of
menopausal women? Also, she sells supplements over the internet- is this
considered ethical in the OBGYN profession?? Thanks.
