Ok I appreciate any help a medical professional could offer me with this question. I would like to know what the chances are of pregnancy with this scenerio:

My Girlfriend began taking the combo pill on Sunday March 3rd, which was the first SUnday after her period began. We had unprotected sex on the night of Sunday March 10th. How likely is pregnancy? I have read a lot of different info on when the pill starts to work. But what is the general opinion out there in the medical community on when they begin to have some sort of effect. Any help MUCH appreciated!! Thanks
