Hi Becca, everything you describe constitutes stress to your body, which can certainly interfere with your periods. Pregnancy is not an issue if you truly haven't had any sexual CONTACT (remember that it doesn't require actual intercourse to get pregnant) for the past 7 months. This is probably a good time to see an OBgyn if you haven't before since you are at "that age" and since you are sexually active (even if you haven't been for the past several months). Since you are a college student, take advantage of student health and make an appointment!!! That's what they are there for! Otherwise, what you describe (stress/major changes in eating habits/major changes in excercise) can and do affect your period.
