[Birth Control] Acne & Alesse-Desperate for help

I am 26 years old and went to my ob/gyn about going on birth cotnrol for acne. I had, what seemed to be hormonally induced, breakouts only on my chin area (cystic) and she put me on Alesse. Since then I have been getting terrible cysts and nodules on my chin area, that will not go away. It is much worse than when I was not on the pill. My Derm has me loaded up on antibiotics, which I hate! I need some advice. Will any other pill help me with this? If I switch will it make it worse? I read somewhere that Alesse is very androgenic and is not good for those who already have acne. Help would be appreciated!
