i have been itchy "down there" for a few days now but have pretty much cleared it up with warm tub soaks. however, just today i discovered a big lump on my right labia. it's about the size of the very tip of my index finger. it is not hard, but not as soft as the labia itself. it, itself is not itchy, and it is not sore at all. it doesn't appear to be any odd color either. its just a lump that appeared suddenly. being friday, should i wait to see how i am by monday to be checked, or go to a clinic over the weekend? also, my period begins this week-would that have anything to do with it? i've never had this before, on either side. please write back, i'm not too worried but i am definitely uncomfortable with the idea of not being 100% healthy. thank you
