Bianca,

A couple of simple suggestions for you. Try an enema before you get "started". Tho I am not sure how far in advance to do this. Also, try to naturally empty your bowel contents before sex and or foreplay. All those muscles are related. Example: when a woman is pushing her baby out during delivery, it is quite common for her to experience a bowel movement during this time. I know that sounds gross but just wanted to give you something to compare to. Best Wishes and I hope you can find a solution.
