I took monostat 3 and my simptoms subsided after a few days. My doctor said if i needed to repeat the medication it would be ok because it is over the counter. Now a month later I am experincing the ITCHING and discarge again. I was at my doctors offic the other day for a look at my knee and I told her my simptoms have returned and she said she could not do an exam that day and if I felt I need an exam to see her at another day. So should I repeat the over the counter medication? If this is a yeat infection how do I stop it from reoccuring?
