[Birth Control] I'm getting pains...

I've decided to go off the birth control pill and use a non-hormonal form of birth control. This past Sunday would have been the day I would have started the new pack of pills. I've been on the pill for 4 years now. Yesterday and today I've been getting some cramps and feel extra tired. Feels kind of like what the hour before my period would feel like before I went on the pill, but this is lasting two days and no period (I just had it last week when I was on the inactive pills - like normal). Is this (the cramps, tiredness) a normal adjustment type thing for going off the pill? I'm assuming it is, but I just want to be sure. Is there anything else I should know? I do know my periods can be irregular at first, but that is all I've heard. Thanks! I really appreciate you taking the time to read this and answer me. - Amanda
