Have you thought about going on bcp's if you aren't already? They have been known to decrease bleeding and cramping. At least they do for me. Also, have you tried Motrin, Aleeve, Midol? Every now and then, I will get EXTREME cramping (I have other problems), and will drink some Lipton Lemon Soother tea (naturally decaf). Try that. It's awesome, and will relax you all around.
