Questions About Medical Records

Hello. I was hoping someone could help me figure out what some things mentioned on my medical records are. I've searced and searched but still can't find answers that I understand. First of all, I had a colonoscopy done in Sept 01. In the report my surgeon stated, "At the time of surgery the colon was somewhat long and redundant, however there were no polypoid or neoplastic lesions noted." This concerns me because I had a colonoscopy with the same surgeon less than 8 months prior and he didn't have these problems then. My question about this is 1)what does it mean 2) what could cause this? 3) Could endometriosis have anything to do with this?

Next, on the results of some lab work under the urinalysis there is something called Epithelial Cells. It says that the normal range is 0-10 and my range was 30-40. Can you explain to me what this is and what it means?

Last, when speaking of my lower back problems the dr states, "We cannot rule out the possibility of lumbar facet arthropathy versus possible sciatica." and continues to recommend doing a dianostic lumbar medial branch block. Can you tell me what Lumbar Facet Arthropathy is and what may cause it, and what a medial branch block is?

Thanks so much for any help you can give me. Take Care and God Bless, Amanda
