Kathleen/Carly: Read my post earlier today about uterine hyblation and D&C and the responses. I had such horrible periods that I couldnt even leave the house and eventually made me extremely anemic. The surgery (also called Thermachoice) was a breeze, they put you out but not so deep that they have to breathe for you. Just enough so you dont remember anything!! Some cramping pain in the recovery room which was quickly relieved by pain medicine, which I didnt even need once I was home! I havent had a period in a year- yippie! Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions!!
