Daniel Braun, MD: "Re: stopping the pill" My GYN put me on a 3 mo. trial of the pill to see if it helped my on and of PC bleeding and mid cycle spotting after a normal exam, pap, colp, and US over the past 8 mos., I'm in my early 40's. An it did stop it except for one incident of PC spotting after I started a new pack of pills. And it seems like my position during intercourse matters too. I do have fibroids. I stopped taking them 3 weeks ago. If the symptoms should return what would that mean?
