If you mean a bicornuate uterus, the complications are increassed incidence of premature delivery and also of breech delivery. These are questions you should discuss in detail with your OB. If you do have a bicornuate uterus, you really should be seeing a Maternal-Fetal Medicine expert instead of a general OBGYN.
