Daniel Braun, MD: "Re: Light Bleeding during exercise" I had a miscarriage 6 months ago. Since then I have been trying to get pregnant again with no succuss. My doctor put me on brth control pill to try and fix my hormones. Since the miscarriage I have been having strange periods(I spot for days up to 7 days before I actually go on my period). I started a exercise program last week and 1st time I felt fine but yesterday I went exercising and felt wet. When I went to the bathroom I was bleeding lightly and today I am spotting.
