Strange gushingFrom: Candy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 31 Jan 2002 05:10:45 -0600 (CST)
Hi! I have a question. I am in my late 20's and every since I started my period I have had many complications. I have had scar tissue removed numerous times after the bearing of each of my 3 kids. I have been in and out of the hospital for severe cramping and vomiting off and on since I was 13. After the birth of my last child 6 yrs ago (and got my tubes tied) the pain of my periods didn't seem so severe until about 2 weeks ago. I was in so much pain that it was spread through-out my back, legs, stomach and had brought on vomiting. I had not had a bought that severe in probably 10 yrs. The reason I brought this up is because yesterday I got up to use the bathroom because I felt a little cramp and pressure as if I needed to go urinate. I stood up and as I did, fluid ran down my legs and the cramps seemed to come on a bit stronger. I went to the bathroom thinking that for some reason I had urinated on myself only to find as I sat down a clearish-off colored (just like water in texture) gushed out of me along with about 3 fairly large clumps of what resembled liver incased in a clear jelly. I examined what little I could catch on a tissue and there was no smell but the clots were incased in a clear jelly-type look and the inside was a dark-brownish/black clot resembling chicken liver. I bled after that, some watery light pinkish blood and with cramping. Today is just clear looking discharge and cramping. My stomach has seemed also to have bloated out in the past 3 months.
