There are a lot of Drs out there that will actually tell their patients to skip the placebos. My GYN did just that.. too bad Im on Alesse and it doesnt work well to do that (levels too low), barely enough to sustain for 21 days. Expect some spotting, and notify your MD if it doesnt stop. BTW, my GYN told me it was generally ok for a patient to use BCPS continuous for UP TO 4 months at a time. Good Luck!
