Hysteroscopy and D&C cannot see endo or adenomyosis (adeno is whe the normal uterine lining tissue gets deeper into the uterine wall then it should), although bleeding unresponsive to hormone manipulation or ablation certainly could be adeno -- MRI is good for detecting adneo -- if hte radiologist knows what to look for! Adnexal masses referes to enlargement of your oavaries and has nothin got do with adeno or endo.
You will probalby feel like a new woman once you recover from your LSH.
