First let me say that I am not a doctor. I am 27 years old, and have had the same symptoms as you since i was 19, heart trouble runs in my family also. I was so afraid something was wrong, I went to numerous doctors, had 2 ekg's, bloodwork, the works. Diagnosis was anxiety. I was put on medication to treat my health anxiety/panic disorder, and all symptoms are gone. I occasionally get heart flutters, but they are normal, everyone gets them from time to time, I just notice them more than other people would. Please request to be put on something to help your anxiety, it will change your life.
