[Birth Control] a slightly different question about antibiotics effect on bcp.

I've searched the archives and read the many opinions about how antibiotics may alter the effectiveness of birth control pills, and that a back-up method is often recommended, but I have a slightly different question. I'm concerned about the possibility of pregnancy due to antibiotics taken not long after sex (with no back-up method). (i.e. Had sex yesterday morning with no back-up and was prescribed an antiobitic today to treat a UTI; what are the chances of pregnancy?) Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
