During the last menstruation, heavy abdominal cramp was accompanied by cramp and pressure around rectum area. I'll be undergoing the 1st cycle of artificial insem in 2~3 weeks. Could I have endometriosis? Should I consult w/ a gynecologist, a reproductive endocrinologist, or wait until I see my infertility specialist in mid Jan?
