It is very easy to blame hormones. Believe me, I used to feel just like you. But all it took was a complete change of attitude for me. I can't say that I feel great all of the time, but I am at least in control of myself and my life. It really is amazing how much your thinking can affect the way you feel. You should try relaxation and meditation, moderate daily exercise, and a healthy diet. Believe me, it makes all the difference in the world. You just have to have the attitude that you can control the way you feel. Until you really believe it, it won't work. If you are having a hard time, find a good counselor to help you through. Good luck to you.
