[Birth Control] Ortho, took 3rd week, not 1st week and need adviceFrom: Amy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 31 Dec 2001 11:21:30 -0600 (CST)
Imagine my horror last night when I noticed that last Sunday I started taking the third week pills, and not the white ones. I mistakenly loaded the pills wrong and with the holidays and the week's busy schedule I just noticed. Now what do I do? Should I take a week of the white pills and use a backup method? Or do I not take anything until I start again and begin a new pack? I have been on the pill for 6 months with no problems or spotting. What are my next steps?
