I hope you've called your gynecological health care provider over the course of the week to see if any changes in treatment are warranted. Without knowing more about your history or physical exam, it's not possible for us to give you insight. Please write again if you have further questions after speaking with your health care provider. If you write again, please tell us if you've breastfed since the birth (I hope so!), what your normal cycle was when not taking birth control pills before your last pregnancy, and any testing or treatment for heavy bleeding in the past.
