I've never heard of the term but if it's just before your period, your
doctor is probably relating this to PMS and one of the treatments for a
variety of PMS complaints of a psychological or "neurological" origin
may be Prozac. It may be able to be taken for only the second half of
the month. You may wish to discuss this with your doctor.
