Hi, I have a question about the birth control pill.  Last night, I took the second pill in my 28-day Tri-cyclen pack.  However, about fifteen minutes later I felt really sick and vomited.  I didn't even think about it and went to sleep.  Then, in the morning I had sex with my boyfriend without using a backup contraceptive.  I'm wondering how worried I should be about pregnancy and whether I should consider using emergency contraceptive.  I have heard that the most dangerous time to miss pills is at the beginning of a pack, so I'm a little scared.  I would appreciate some advice.
