Could Antibiotics Cause BreakThroough Bleeding?

I just read an article online at ivillage.com and it stated that antibiotics and the use of bcp (especially lower dose ones, i.e. Aleese.. which I'm on), can cause break through bleeding to occur. Is this true? If so, then I know why I have been having breakthrough bleeding since I started on Keflex.
