I am not sure if all pills work the same, I assume they would. I know some have different hormone levels in them. Though the placebo 'inactive' pills contain no hormones. I can't tell you exactly when for sure you can expect to have 'withdrawl bleeding' (thanks again Robin for correcting me on this). I take Aleese 28 and have my withdrawal bleeding on day 2 and even day 3 of placebo pills (actually, I dont even take them.. they are more of a reminder pill than anything). When I run out of my pill pack and am starting on the placebos, I just write on my calendar when to start the new pack. Also, I have found that even with the same amount of days in a month, and a pack of pills, I will sometimes have the withdrawal bleeding a few days ahead of schedule. Still can't figure out how that works out. Anyways, hope this answered your question. Happy Holidays!
