20dpo, not pregnant!!From: Pam (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 22 Dec 2001 11:09:08 -0600 (CST)
Hi! Background: Amennorhea for about a year (restarted with Prometrium recently), anovulatory for at least 3 before I went to the doctor about 3 months ago. No history of Birth control (always charted temps, etc). Everything checked out ok at recent exam (pap, no cysts, no endometriosis, no PCOS, no problems with the bloodwork). I am somewhat overweight. Age 27. Only had one sexual partner- my husband. I am on my second round of Clomid. I have successfully ovulated both times. My luteal phase was 15 on Clomid last month. This month, I'm going crazy! I ovulated 20 days ago, as per progesterone test showed, as well as my basal temps, etc. No period yet, temperature plunged below coverline yesterday. neg hpt test at 17dpo. I called my doctor at 18dpo (before the dip) and he wanted me to wait one more week and retake the preg test. There's no remote possibility I could be pregnant with temps as low as 97.2, so why is my luteal phase so long? I've never heard of a 20 day one!!! What could be wrong with me?????? Help!
