Hi Taylor,

I am curious, you didn't say why you had the hyst. Did they find endometriosis? I am just wondering because that was the first thing I thought of.

If it is a hemmorhagic cyst it can take some time for it to go away. I am unsure as to why you would be having bleeding because I would think even with a subtotal hyst, you are closed shut. Also, the bleeding makes me wonder about endo.

I have had problems with hemmorhagic cysts and cysts in general. They can be very painful.(I have had a total hyst with left ovary removed (for fibroids and endo) and later the right ovary removed. Now I have ORS (ovarian remnant syndrome and endo.))

I would suggest that you call back your doc and describe what is going on, especially the bleeding part. See what they have to say. If you continue to have problems, maybe they could put you on birth control pills. They can sometimes help with cysts.

Best wishes,
