Need help with a puzzling problem

Hi, I had a subtotal hyst done 1/00. I still have both ovaries and cervix. About a month ago, I went to the ER with increasing right lower abdominal pain. I was diagnosed with a 5X4 complex cyst on my right ovary with a small amount of free fluid in the cul de sac. I went to see my doc for a follow up about a week later and he did not do an U/S but did a pelvic and said he thought it ruptured because he did not feel anything that large on the ovary, and by the U/S pics done in the hospital he felt it looked like a hemmorhagic corpus luteum cyst. Well, about 3 days later I began to bleed for 2 days from my cervix, and I had an increasing ache all throughout my lower abdomen, so, at that point, I thought the cyst did rupture. Well since that day I have had bouts of nausea throughout the day for over 2 weeks now, and whenever anyone touches my cervix, I get an intense cramping pain in my lower abdomen that is so bad I can barely walk. Even when my doc did the pelvic, after I left his office the pain just increased and got worse until it finally subsided a few hours later. I also get a stabbing pain in my lower abd. on the right side from time to time. Could all of this be associated with the cyst? I can't stand being nauseous all day every day! I felt fine until 2 weeks ago and I don't think it to be a virus because it has persisted for so long. Can a cyst cause all of these symptoms? Please anyone, help!
