Lump on labia & lump at clitoris base

Dear Doctors:

I am a 31 year old woman, married, no children, and I use condoms for birth control. Last year I discovered a pea-size lump on my upper right labia near the pubic mound. My gynecologist palpitated the lump and felt that it was nothing unusual. It might be an oversized gland that has always existed, he said. There has been no change in that lump, however, I've discovered a small lump at the base of my clitoris on the right side. This new lump bothers me as it is very sensitive by the slightest touch of clothing or anything else. The lump is beneath the skin. The skin over it has a dark spot, almost like a mole, that I didn't notice before. The lumps do not itch or feel painful. Is there a condition that causes such lumps? Is this something that should be further investigated, or should I simply wait and see if there are changes? Thank you very much for your time.
