You need to see a doctor quickly if you are having really bad abdominal and back pain with or without bleeding. There could be many reasons for the pain. You should be evaulated. I'm not a medical professional, but I have been to the ER twice for really bad back and abdominal pain. both times I had a real problem. First time was a kidney stone, second was an intestinal issue. Don't know about the bleeding, but if I were you I'd be getting checked by a doctor ASAP
