Re: Does this mean I have fibroids?

Hi Dr. Shanahan,

In 1999 there was a suspicious mass found in the lower segment of my uterus or in my cervix. A transvaginal was done for more info and not seen on that one...so, it was chalked up to a shadow. My periods are light, most months - I get some heavier months with clotting - and they last half the month some months...plus I get severe PMS for 18-21 days per month - breast pain is my PMS...and a little moody too. So, I went and asked for this...as I wanted to know if it could perhaps 'see' something, and it did.

Thanks, ;)

~ Michelle
